Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using naturalwaste.net or the services of Natural Waste Management, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute arising from or relating to the services or this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Services

Natural Waste Management, LLC provides 15-yard roll-off dumpster rental, waste removal, and recycling services for residential, commercial, and contractor customers throughout our New Jersey service area. All rentals are subject to container availability and a confirmed quote. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service when conditions or availability do not permit safe or timely delivery.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide about your project, location, and materials. Final charges reflect the confirmed rental agreement and may differ from an initial estimate if the scope of work changes. Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Delivery charges and additional fees may apply as quoted; every quote spells out any delivery charge up front.

Container Placement & Site Access

You are responsible for providing a lawful, accessible placement location and for obtaining any municipal permit required for street placement. You must ensure adequate clearance and access for our truck on the scheduled delivery and pickup dates. Natural Waste Management is not responsible for surface damage to driveways, lawns, or pavement that is inherent to normal container placement and removal.

Acceptable & Prohibited Materials

Accepted materials are those described in your confirmed order, which may include household waste, clean-out debris, construction and demolition debris, contractor debris, wood and brush, scrap metal, tires, appliances, and concrete where arranged in advance.

The following are prohibited in all containers except where expressly arranged in advance: hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paints, motor oil, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, propane tanks, batteries, refrigerants, and any material regulated for special disposal under New Jersey law. Tires, concrete, scrap metal, and appliances are accepted only when arranged in advance as part of your order.

Weight Limits & Overloading

Each rental carries the tonnage limit stated in your rental agreement. Overweight loads, containers filled above the rim, or prohibited materials may result in additional charges, refusal of pickup, or return of materials, as stated in your rental agreement.

Rental Period, Swaps & Cancellation

Your rental period is the term agreed at booking. Container swaps are available on request when a container fills mid-project; we will haul the full container away and drop an empty one in its place. Cancellations or date changes should be communicated as early as possible and may be subject to charges as quoted.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by New Jersey law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Waste Management, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or website. You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from claims arising from your placement location, the materials you place in a container, or your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
